Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

O'Meara: Logic20/20's growth is driven by our understanding of our clients' needs. Our consulting workforce is able to identify pain points, and tackle business challenges with cutting-edge technology and solutions. We stay true to ourselves by not just implementing technology, but by focusing on business outcomes with technology as an enabler. Overall, our consulting workforce is our growth. Our people are the reason we are able to grow and diversify as a firm. We recognize this, and invest in each employee's career path and growth. By investing in our people first, we are able to deliver on more varied, complicated projects.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

O'Meara: 2019 is shaping up to be another year of extraordinary growth for Logic20/20, not only in revenue, but in number of employees, geographic locations, and strength and diversity of accounts. We may be growing fast, but this year we are striving to find specific ways to grow intelligently. Our firm is focused on a mindful approach to growth, so we remain a great place to work for our employees, and ensure delivery excellence for our customers.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? 

O'Meara: At Logic20/20, we are always looking for new ways to grow our business and provide the best service for our customers. In 2020, we will continue to strive towards those goals, and are expected to see growth in multiple aspects of the business. As we expand into new markets, we see a huge opportunity with our new branches in the Bay Area and Southern California. Our firm is dedicated to providing the same customer experience in these markets and we are looking forward to the projects we will be tackling in the near future. Finally, 2020 will be a special year for our firm because not only is 2020 a part of our name, but it is also our 15-year anniversary. We plan to spend this year celebrating our achievements, our clients, and our employees.

Consulting: What are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?

O'Meara: In 2020, our firms biggest challenge continues to be mindful hiring, especially in the competitive markets of Seattle and the Bay Area. Our most important asset is our people. When we look to add someone to our organization, we want to ensure that not only are they a good fit for the role, but that they will enjoy their time spent with the company. 

Consulting: What does being named a Fastest Growing Firm mean to your firm, employees and clients?

O'Meara: At Logic20/20 we value employee and customer satisfaction above all. Yet it's nice to take a step back and appreciate the hard work we have put in. We are always working to stay competitive and this award continues to drive us. For our employees, we hope that the gratification they get from receiving this award will pay off big when it comes to the satisfaction they get from their work, as well as the quality of work we can produce for our clients.
