Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Dean: AVIO continues to invest in disruptive technologies that enable our clients to deliver business value in a faster and more reliable manner. Our approach to modern application development incorporating API led connectivity, low code application design, and automated infrastructure provisioning and security resonates with organizations trying to keep up with rapidly changing market conditions and IT modernization initiatives.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Dean: The year 2019 is shaping up to be another strong one for AVIO. We continue to see significant growth with organizations adopting API led strategies and modernizing their approach to software and application development.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Dean: Our expectation is to continue to grow significantly as a firm as our clients continue to evaluate low code development platforms, adopt multi-cloud strategies, and expand their API enablement initiatives.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Dean: Our biggest challenge for 2020 will be in finding the right level of talent to continue to scale the organization. We have made significant investments in internal training and career growth but still, struggle to find the right talent in such a tight labor market.
