"We've been in the UK nearly a year and the opportunities there have been positive. We are looking into further Europe and/or Asia expansion." Trimble sat down with Consulting to discuss the firm's financial performance, overall outlook and its positioning on this year's Fastest Growing Firms list.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Trimble: One of the main factors is our dedication to digital and data analytics and commitment to our core values. With these two things in mind—it keeps growing pains to a minimum, allowing us to continue to expand. In addition, we have comprised more than 30 years of market intelligence and seamlessly implement those strategies into their organizations. Obviously, our exceptional team and clients are paramount to this as well.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm? Where do yo see the most opportunities?
Trimble:This is shaping up to another great year for AArete. We have spent a lot of energy hiring many new experts and building an even stronger team for our clients. We continue to hire experts that are a dedication to our principles. We also recently completed a rebranding campaign, new website and have been honored to be selected for many prestigious awards. AArete is doing better than ever and ready to deliver excellence to our clients, which of course is our main objective.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Trimble: The firm's outlook is—Positive! We are consistently adding new capabilities and solutions to address our clients ever-changing needs. We are also looking at several acquisitions and alliances to better serve our clients.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?
Trimble: It is always a challenge to keep up with new policy and laws in various industries, however we have ensured we have the right relationships and experts in place to make sure that we are always abreast of these constant changes.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Trimble: Being named to this list means what we are doing is working! People who work for us and with us see the AArete difference. They see our commitment to serving them and providing the data and the tools to grow themselves.
