In order to build on our comprehensive strategy to help health care organizations deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care, we have introduced an advanced data analytics platform supported by client-focused advisory capabilities that leverage insights to drive sustainable improvement.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Hagood: This year continues to be highly successful for Press Ganey. We have further expanded our client base and developed new, innovative methods to partner with and support clients in their improvement efforts. In 2019, we released a state-of-the-art digital platform to support Press Ganey's services. The new platform delivers deep insights and performance analytics that allow health care organizations to advance their commitment to whole-person care by enabling them to view performance across the care experience and focus resources on areas that will enhance the care experience for both patients and caregivers.

Consulting: How would you de-scribe your firm's outlook for 2020? 

Hagood:  Our outlook for 2020 is positive, as the coming year presents several opportunities for Press Ganey to advance our integrated approach to improvement across safety, quality, experience, and workforce engagement. We will continue to enhance our portfolio through product innovations and strategic acquisitions that will enable us to increase our value to our clients and meet market demand. As our primary focus, we will continue to nurture our relationships with existing clients and develop new, innovative approaches to support their improvement efforts.

Consulting: What are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?

Hagood: As I've shared, we believe Press Ganey is well-positioned for continued growth in the coming year and beyond. Our success thus far is due to our commitment to putting our clients at the center of what we do. In the coming year, we will continue to prioritize our clients' improvement efforts and will evolve and innovate to ensure that they continue to receive industry-leading support.
