Agrawal sat down with Consulting to discuss the firm's financial performance, outstanding outlook and the results that landed the firm the No. 4 ranking on this year's Fastest Growing Firms list. This year marks the firm's first appearance on the list.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Agrawal: Our ability to deliver customized solutions in a consultative fashion has enabled us to grow at a tremendous pace. The EBITDA impact created at all of our clients has greatly helped in establishing the trust for long term relationships and strong referrals at all clients.
Consulting: How would you say this year is shaping up for Impact Analytics?
Agrawal: Impact Analytics has consistently grown at more than 200 percent over the last three years and we are on track to continue the growth momentum we have achieved the last several years.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Agrawal: Advanced Analytics & A.I. is happening right now and we are successfully enabling that for all of our clients. We believe the coming years are likely to see an increased adoption and investment in the space and we are well positioned to grow with that momentum.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?
Agrawal: Nothing immediate comes to mind.
Consulting: This is Impact Analtics' first time on the list. What would you say being named as one of the consulting profession's Fastest Growing Firms means to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Agrawal: Our firm being featured on the prestigious list of the Fastest Growing Firms is a strong validation of all the hard work the team has put in and the value that has been delivered to the clients. A validation like this award goes a long way in establishing a great level of trust for existing as well as new clients.
