Goldenberg: The most important factor in the rapid growth of our company is our dedication to putting our people first. Nurturing the family culture amongst our growing team has created a truly collaborative environment, where each team member is comfortable approaching senior leadership for mentorship and guidance. Our senior leadership team intentionally stays involved in every client engagement to fully understand the client environment before forming actionable plans to address their business challenges. The combination of recruiting top talent, deep industry expertise and hands-on leadership has empowered us to consistently deliver beyond client expectations and expand our reach in the Puget Sound area.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Goldenberg: We continue to grow at a steady pace and we're pleased with our client engagements and internal programs so far this year. We're making strong investments in recruiting the best talent and expanding our service lines to match increased demand. In the era of Digital Transformation, our clients value our deep industry expertise and regularly recognize our ability to manage complex workloads. We continue to make investments in marketing, infrastructure and employee experience to differentiate us from our highly competitive local market. 

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020?

Goldenberg: We look forward to continued success in 2020 and beyond. We have built a strong foundation of talented consultants coupled with strong client relationships to allow the company to scale effectively and increase our capabilities across service lines. We continue to explore new opportunities across the local business community and remain dedicated to prioritizing our employee experience for the consultants.

Consulting: What are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?

Goldenberg: The biggest challenge we face is maintaining our high standards of connection between senior leadership and employees. As we continue to grow, our number one priority is to ensure our people feel valued and cared for, both in their client work and their long-term career goals. We remain dedicated to our open-door leadership policy and continue to bring on experienced leaders and assess existing processes to scale up as demand increases.

Goldenberg: AG Consulting Partners is honored to be named one of the Fastest Growing Firms for our third year in a row. Celebrating our 10th year anniversary, we're proud of our employees and their dedication to solving our clients' biggest challenges and continuing to grow our people-first culture.
