Logic20/20 is a business and technology consulting firm, headquartered in Seattle, with offices in Wenatchee and Silicon Valley, Calif. "We help solve our clients' toughest problems with innovative strategies and digital solutions through our practice areas in Leadership and Execution, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Transformation, says Christian O'Meara, CEO of Logic20/20. O'Meara sat down with Consulting to discuss the firm's performance and growth.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
O'Meara: Logic20/20's consulting workforce is the primary contributing factor to our firm's exceptional growth in the past year; our people are our most valuable asset. Our consulting teams have delivered cutting edge solutions that have quantifiable value for our customers across accounts, verticals, and geographical regions. Our sales and solution building processes rely on listening first—we get to know our customers and their specific pain points so that we can build solutions tailored to their business needs.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
O'Meara: 2018 is shaping up to be an unprecedented year for the Logic20/20 team. The work that the consulting team has done in both delivery and sales has resulted in large expansion across client organizations, within groups, and between accounts. As we have continued to hire into our talented consulting team, we have been able to deliver solutions that are shaping how our customers do business and engage with their own client base.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019?
O'Meara: As we look into 2019, we are expecting to see continued growth in both our accounts and sales and in our consulting team. We currently see opportunity in three main areas: GTM Offerings—Logic20/20 is continuing to refine its go-to-market offerings, driving the development of market leading analytics adoptions and customer engagement solutions. Two, expansion across existing accounts—our consultants are not only delivering exceptional work on the projects they are working on, but they also have the expertise to identify where Logic20/20 teams could provide additional business value. Finally, new offices—in 2018, Logic20/20 opened a new office in Silicon Valley, Calif. With feet on the ground in that area, we're building relationships now that we expect will turn into projects in the near future and into 2019.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges?
O'Meara: Moving into 2019, we expect that hiring people in our competitive job space will be our biggest challenge. We humbly recognize that there are many amazing job opportunities in Seattle and Silicon Valley, but we are honored to be recognized by Seattle Business magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Work For in Washington for the past three years.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
O'Meara: Being named as one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms is a confirmation of all of the amazing work that our team has done this year. It has proven that our efforts to build and maintain a culture where people come first is the best business strategy, and more importantly, good for our employees.
