Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Smith: Our growth is directly tied to our ability to attract the best and brightest consultants and foster strong client relationships. At Liberty, we have built an entrepreneurial culture that enables our people to deliver tangible business outcomes to our clients. We work in small, agile teams amplifying clients' ability to execute. Our collaborative approach is independent of alliances and methodologies. We are committed to aligning with our clients to deliver shared outcomes, at all times.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Smith: We see significant growth in Cyber Business Intelligence, M&A, and Data Analytics. Additionally, Liberty has been on the forefront and a thought leader in the Autonomous vehicle space.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Smith: We see good growth opportunities in all areas of our business. We are expanding our service offerings within our current practice areas which include Business Threat Intelligence, Private Equity, Data Analytics, Healthcare, and Financial Services. We continue to focus on aligning Liberty's solutions with our clients' needs and delivering high value to our clients by solving their hardest problems.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2019?
Smith: I'd say finding and retaining top talent to deliver solutions to solve our clients' ever-changing and growing needs.
