Consulting:  What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Seeley: About seven years ago, we shifted the focus of our business from delivering award-winning technology solutions to the actual business transformation behind those solutions. This new strategy moved us further upstream to focus on business strategy, marketplace pressures requiring innovation, process improvement, corporate engagement, and the material adoption of these transformative solutions. While we are still a technology services firm at our core, our ability to envelop those solutions with a strategy, process, and people minded approach differentiates us and helps us deliver material impact for our clients. 

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Seeley: This year has been one of the most exciting in our firm's history. In July 2018, we announced a majority strategic investment by FPT, the global leading IT Service Provider headquartered in Vietnam. Under this agreement, Intellinet continues to operate as an independent organization; however, the two sides are able to leverage each other's strengths. With this new partnership, Intellinet enhances FPT's offerings with strategy and management consulting capabilities and becomes part of a company with deep offshore capacity, focusing on digital transformation. 

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019?

Seeley:: Intellinet's outlook for 2019 is stronger than it has ever been. By focusing on our core capabilities and leveraging the expertise and resources of FPT, we can truly deliver end-to-end strategic IT services on a global scale, helping clients to accelerate their Digital Transformation.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges?

Seeley: Our consulting business' success depends on our ability to materially impact the businesses of our clients. In light of that, our biggest two challenges have always been finding the absolute best people at the right time and earning the continued trust of our clients every day to help them succeed. It's a not an easy business model, but it's very rewarding and forces us to be driven by a passion for excellence each day.

Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

Seeley: Being named one of the nation's Fastest Growing Firms is a great honor for our firm and validates our operating principle of being a 'profitable, growing company that delights customers and provides an excellent employment experience'. While this award is a great honor for Intellinet and our employees, our customers may indeed be the biggest benefactors of our focus on excellence, as we continue to incorporate our purposeful best practices of strategic clarity, organizational effectiveness, change management and business alignment into all of our strategy, process, and technology projects.
