Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Camean: Our marketing efforts have become a substantial contributor to our growth, along with the exceptional workmanship our delivery teams complete for our long-standing clients. The repeat business we did with existing clients in 2017 was a record-breaker for us. We also continue to hire some of the best talent in the industry and are making a more conscious effort to build a team committed to the future of our company. 

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Camean: 2018 will be a record-breaking year for us on many fronts. We're wrapping up our best revenue-generating year in the history of 4SIGHT and have greatly increased our hiring. We have three practices setting record numbers in terms of revenue, number of projects, and staff. We are also getting involved with more strategic consulting and engineering initiatives than ever before.  

Consulting:  How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? 

Camean: Our outlook for 2019 is pure optimism. We are making significant operational changes to sustain a continued growth model and address the growing demands of our clients. We also are gearing up for a new focus on innovation in 2019 as the dynamics of the industry shift. Software technology projects now have a bigger emphasis on cloud deployments. Software upgrades are on the rise and will be more prominent in the years ahead. 

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2019?

Camean:  4SIGHT's biggest challenge will be to continue finding highly talented employees who bring the same level of dedication and quality workmanship we offer today. As the economy improves, and as clients seek us out for more services, we have to be able to sustain the quality of resources we have been offering since our founding. We will only engage in projects we feel we can staff appropriately and deliver on for our clients. It's critical for us to build a team committed to the future of our company. Being able to deliver on projects successfully is our number one goal.

Consulting:  What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

Camean: It's always gratifying to receive industry recognition for our work—but it's especially rewarding to receive this accolade for a fourth consecutive year. This hard-won accomplishment gives our team a strong sense of pride, and I hope our clients and partners feel the same. This recognition is also a testament to our business model and vision of sustainability. We know we're on the right track.
