This transformation program is aimed at reimagining Medical Device Service & Repair by making it more proactive, predictive and preventive.

Peter counts this among his proudest professional achievements. "I was brought in as part of a three-person proof of value effort that turned into a large scale, multi-year digital business transformation."

The project evolved into a future state envisioning journey to redefine service and repair while generating unprecedented value and ultimately improving patient outcomes. The project won a global award externally for innovation.

Consultants need to be at the forefront of industry to keep up with competition and provide the insights clients seek, Peter says. Maintaining that position necessitates continuous learning and curiosity. "That excites me—the demand and challenge to keep your eyes open to understanding and constantly evaluate the edge of what's possible. We deal with significant ambiguity, so it is important to quickly identify what works in an uncertain environment and drive results where others have failed," he says.
