Protiviti
Excellence In Client Service
Director, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory Practice
Addie Nickle is a director and a Certified Internal Auditor in Protiviti's Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice, focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and business process improvement services for energy industry clients. She has built a long-lasting relationship with a global energy company by continually identifying gaps and opportunities beyond the current project work.
"I enjoy the fact that my work environment is constantly changing and evolving, whether it's the types of projects I'm working on, new job responsibilities, or the unique opportunity to be a part of developing a new solution offering," Nickle says. "I consider these new challenges as opportunities that push me outside of my comfort zone and allow me to continue to grow, learn, and further develop my expertise and skillsets."
Within the past few years, Nickle has been assisting Protiviti and partnering with its parent company Robert Half's executive leadership to facilitate growing and expanding the firm's newly marketed global solution Managed Business Services (MBS). MBS allows the firm to integrate Protiviti's project management and consulting expertise with Robert Half's specialized staffing to provide a single solution to effectively and efficiently solve a client's challenges.
"This experience has stretched me to go above and beyond and think creatively in order to assist in developing and marketing a solution that ensures we consistently provide high value delivery to all of our clients globally," she says.
Ask her the biggest factor to her success and she says it's two fold: First, would be the peers, advisors, mentors and project supervisors that provide guidance. "Secondly, my teams for their consistent dedication, perseverance, and hard work during every project we tackle," she says.
