Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm? 

Korsi: This past year has been one of global expansion. Currently, Trissential has been working alongside our parent company, SQS Group, launching management consulting services and capabilities in the UK. The basis of this roll out stems from what we do and how we do it, our Trissential message. Our efforts are transforming SQS offices around the world by offering higher value services within management consulting. Back in the US, our market reach has expanded with our full service offerings around Business Agility and Continuous Quality.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities? 

Korsi: We are excited for 2018. We see the market continuing to respond to our offerings within Business Transformation and Quality Assurance. We have also re-ignited our Communities of Practice at Trissential, which is already generating innovation, improvement, thought leadership and value within our organization.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018? 

Korsi: As with last year, a big challenge for the upcoming year will be finding and retaining top talent in the Business Transformation and Quality Assurance pillars. The demand in this space is high, and will continue to be in 2018.
