This is the company's third consecutive year to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 with this year's rank of No. 4451. Cicci sat down with Consulting to discuss the firm's overall financial performance, revenue growth and overall business outlook for the remainder of this year and next.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Cicci: Customer Loyalty and customer satisfaction, industry reputation, customer and partner network, solid team capabilities and execution on vision
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Cicci: This year is shaping up to be in line with our annual goals and 20 percent growth over 2016.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Cicci: 2018 will be realignment year for the organization to focus on what we do best and phase out offerings and technologies that were diluting the main vision of the company.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018?
Cicci: Hiring the right resources in a timely manner and ramping them up to be leaders
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Cicci: It confirms the vision we have as a company continues to be the right direction and what we deliver to our customers is a need in the industry It truly is an honor to be among the Consulting magazine's Fastest Growing Firms this year—this is TOP Step's 3rd year in a row receiving this recognition.
