The firm provide information technology professional consulting and staffing services to customers across the U.S. The company's management has over 25 years of IT Professional Services industry experience. "We specialize in providing IT permanent staffing and contingent IT contract staffing," says Jolly Joseph, Director of Titan Technologies. "For IT contracting roles we are able to provide specialized IT skilled contractors or augment a complete project team as needed within a short notice." Consulting caught up with Joseph to discuss Titan Technologies' impressive revenue growth and outstanding performance over the last several years.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Joseph: I would say three main factors: Customer Focus, Customer Service and Industry Experience. And our client success hinges on the following three principles of our company philosophy. First, client services: our dedicated Account Managers are focused on understanding client's technology landscape and its work culture in order to be proactive in delivering the best IT resources as and when needed. Second, recruiting: our recruiters are trained to source qualified candidates based on understanding the skills and experience of the candidates they are sourcing for a role as opposed to just matching skill keywords in resumes. Our team of talented recruiters are specialized in at least two niche IT skill areas to be more effective than any generalist IT recruiter. And third, best practices: we are continuously adopting and developing our best IT staffing process and technology practices to deliver the greatest value to our customers. Our several years of IT recruiting has cumulated in to large database of talented IT professionals which we constantly leverage for our client engagements and staffing needs.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Joseph: This year we anticipate growth at a 20 percent rate compared to the previous year.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Joseph: There is an untapped opportunity in the new wave of technologies—cloud based solutions in small and mid-size companies industry segment. That's where we see some opportunities.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018?
Joseph: I would have to say talent acquisition is our biggest challenge for 2018.
