Radenberg sat down with Consulting to discuss GearsCRM's three-year revenue growth and overall performance.

Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth? 

Radenberg: Our employees are the main reason for our success. Being a completely virtual company, we have the luxury of searching across the entire country to find the employees that have the right level of expertise and cultural fit for our team. Our consultants are passionate about Salesforce, eminently capable and a pleasure to work with; at the end of the day this is what fuels our continued growth.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Radenberg: We're digging into some great projects for great clients this year. Between Field Service Lightning, Lightning Experience Migrations, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Wave, Einstein and Pardot, we're thriving on solving tough problems for our customers and keeping our team on the cutting edge of all aspects of Salesforce.

Consulting:  How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Radenberg: We're looking forward to continued growth. The Salesforce platform continues to expand rapidly, and we're energized by staying ahead of that curve to provide our customers maximum return on their Salesforce investment. In particular, our team leads the pack on Lightning Experience expertise and we anticipate assisting customers with many LEX migrations in 2018. We also see exceptional opportunity in the Field Service Lightning space.

Consulting:  What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018? 

Radenberg: We're thrilled to have remarkably high employee satisfaction. In a recent internal engagement survey, 98 percent of employees reported they are proud to be a member of their team and are satisfied with the culture of the organization. We recognize that employee satisfaction of this level is hard to achieve, and we're focused on working hard to maintain it as we grow.

Consulting:  What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

Radenberg: The firm overall and our individual employees sincerely appreciate this award and the validation that our hard work is paying off. Our clients have always been our most vocal advocates, and that's been clear with the numerous congratulatory messages we've received from them.
