Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities? 

Caplin: We are very excited about opportunities that 2018 will bring. Healthcare remains such a vibrant and ever-changing industry and we feel we are in a good position to build on our existing and successful service lines. Additionally, our Executive Trainee Graduate Program is expanding into 2018 to help develop the next generation of leaders at HCI.

Caplin: HCI prides itself on the positive approach and quality of work we produce, and our reputation with our customers is of paramount importance. The track record we have built is of enormous importance to everyone at the company and, as HCI continues to expand, grow and win new work around the globe, it is of vital importance that the principles and standards remain the same.
