L4 Digital creates powerful, meaningful digital experiences to engage people across every screen. "We believe that great people make great products, and we've assembled a knowledgeable, passionate team of men and women dedicated to creating a seamless, unforgettable digital experience with every tap of your fingertip," says Keith O'Neill, Principal—Business Development and Marketing for L4 Digital. O'Neill sat down with Consulting to discuss L4 Digital's Performance.

Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's growth?

O'Neill: L4 Digital continues to see great success in partnering with some of the world's largest brands, and in helping nonprofit organizations make the best of use technology. These partnerships, as well as our acquisition by Globant, have engaged our company across a wide range of platforms and devices, ranging from connected TVs to game consoles and wearables. With our ever-increasing knowledge base, we have been able to provide services to new and current customers that remain at the forefront of technology.

Consulting:  How is this year shaping up for your firm?

O'Neill: 2016-2017 was one of our most productive years to date. In 2017, we expanded our office space, and our management team already has plans for further expansion at top of mind. Also in 2017, L4 received accolades as a Best Place to Work by Seattle Business Magazine for the second year running, and won two American Business "Stevie" Awards for innovative products in media and healthcare.

Consulting:  How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities?

O'Neill: We are very optimistic about 2018. Our growth in 2015, 2016, and 2017 helped us to forge a name for ourselves in new areas of technical capabilities, such as connected healthcare services, IoT products, and Over The Top (OTT) video applications and services. We have also launched projects focused on AR/VR capabilities, as well as AI, with partners that recognize that these technologies will be important to the future of the digital industry.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018?

O'Neill: As we look forward to 2018, we continue to face growth challenges. Throughout our company's history, we have sought out and hired qualified, talented employees at a rapid pace. Competing with technology giants and startups for top talent in a city that is quickly becoming one of the nation's top tech hubs is no easy feat.

Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

O'Neill: Being named as one of Consulting Magazine's Fastest Growing Firms is an important validation of the inclusive company culture that we have created, the best-in-class services that we provide, and the stellar reputation that we've built. It's a tremendous honor, to be sure, but we're not ones to rest on our achievements. We see this award as both proof that we're headed in the right direction and a reminder that there is always more work to be done and more growth to be found.
