Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Neal: Our growth has been driven by our commitment to staying on the cutting edge of technology and our ability to attract and retain top tech talent.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Neal: 2017 is finishing as strong as last year and we continue to reinvent ourselves as the technology landscape changes. We have become leaders in organizational digitization and our specialty in cloud enablement has taken us into new industries and introduced us to many new amazing clients.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2018? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Neal: We should continue to grow at an even faster pace in 2018. Our biggest opportunity is in redefining our solutions to incorporate the technology-enabling products that we are developing. We are experimenting with new tech combinations that are completely unproven, and unlocking these doors will provide an amazing opportunity for Blueprint and our clients.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2018?
Neal: Blueprint's biggest challenge for 2018 is reach. How do we better reach our clients to ensure we are viewed as their trusted partner of choice? How do we better reach our potential next set of talented employees that are going to make an impact as thought leaders? And how do we better reach our existing employees to continue to drive value back into their experiences? These are questions we have to answer and solve next year.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Neal: Being named on this list is a great honor. Our company BHAG is to be known as the worldwide leader in tech consulting, and this is a great representation of our expertise in helping companies grow. It's always a great feeling to be on a list with such other amazing companies.
