North Highland announced that it has acquired ACME Business Consulting, a management consulting firm with a strong foothold in Seattle and Portland, Ore.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The ACME acquisition further strengthens North Highland's offering across several key industries and bolsters its presence in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S., says Dan Reardon, CEO of North Highland.
