Adam Boggs, Senior Director, Sales Practice at BTS, joined the firm just four years ago and following three promotions, he now manages a set of accounts that many consultants would consider a dream list. In the past year alone, Boggs has tripled his number of accounts and done some pretty significant work resulting in substantial results.

At one global tech media company, Boggs says, "our collaboration has led to a substantial sales increase in excess of $100 million in new pipeline on a 2014 run rate." And at a world leading end-to-end technology company, Boggs says he influenced over 6,000 sellers across 28 countries, trained 25 global BTS colleagues to deliver the program, and gained visibility all the way up to the CEO.

Boggs says clients work with BTS because "we are smart, interesting people that they can trust with their jobs. For me, it's the same factors. Being authentic and having deep knowledge and understanding of our clients' business is critical to delivering impact."

And ask Boggs what he enjoys most about the consulting profession and he'll say: "realizing that our clients' success is our success."

As part of an execution-focused consultancy, he gets excited about getting employees and salespeople to understand and 'buy into' their strategy while providing them with the tools and capabilities to be successful in a measureable way, he says.

"I'm lucky to work in sales consulting where the impact I can help create for clients can often be quick and easier to measure," Boggs says. "I'm not sure of any other career that would allow me to learn from a diverse set of clients, while being challenged every day to continually innovate new ways to accelerate business priorities."
