Carol Beaumier is Executive Vice President, Global Strategic Planning, and a Managing Director at Protiviti. She also leads the Global Financial Services Practice. An experienced consultant and former bank regulator, Beaumier has more than 30 years of experience in a wide range of financial industry risk and regulatory issues.
And that wide-ranging experience pays because she says she's always amazed at how different each and every project, and client, is.
"Even though the objectives of the project may be the same as the last project, the client organization and personnel are different and understanding the culture of the organization and personal motivations of people are critical to successful execution," Beaumier says. "I think the biggest factor to my success is that I have always been willing to seize an opportunity to take on challenges that were new to me and that's provided me the opportunity to do so many different things in my career."
Beaumier also enjoys the work immensely, particularly interacting with clients and colleagues from across the globe.
