KPMG's Keaton Miller is a Director in the Management Consulting practice focusing on Procurement & Supply Chain. As with many of our winners, Miller has enjoyed a meteoric rise within the firm, moving from associate to a firm leader in just eight years.
Miller was a charter member of KPMG's Procurement consulting group, which helped fuel 500 percent growth in the last five years. His project experience includes leading transformational engagements across a variety of industries, including energy, high tech, and telecommunications, resulting in multi-million dollars in savings for his clients. He was one of just 16 national winners of KPMG's Chairman's Award for High Performance, a distinction he considers a career highlight.

Miller derives job satisfaction by surrounding himself with dynamic leaders, mentors, and caring people, without whom he says he would not be where he is today.
When asked what excites him about the profession, he said what are most commonly considered frustrating elements are to him the most rewarding.
"The pace, the impact, the people, and the challenge."
Miller called the Rising Stars award "a tremendous honor" and said it was shared with the people who mean the most to him personally as well as professionally. "They not only understood the significance of the accomplishment and the effort required to achieve this high honor, but it was also their support and sacrifices that truly enabled me to accomplish my goals."
