It is this force of personality and strong leadership that has placed him in the critical position of managing the overall relationship with one of the firm's key clients.
As for what has been the biggest factor to his success so far, Hautop says it's his variety of experiences.
"The art of balanced expectations and true partnership contribute to consulting success. In my career, I have been the consultancy partner, the financial services client and the technology product integrator. These varied positions have allowed me to relate to the many seats at the table and better serve my clients," he says.
When asked what inspires him the most about his work, Hautop says he looks forward to continuing collaborations with his talented colleagues.
"My colleagues are a very exciting blend of entrepreneurs and visionaries being empowered by organizations with balance, poise and discipline. The future is a very exciting place for true partnerships and I look forward to being a part of the continued evolution of our profession."
The Rising Stars of the Profession award itself, Hautop says, stands as evidence to other driven young consultants that excelling in the profession is not reserved solely for seasoned veterans.
"My hope is that this award inspires those who are driven and just starting their careers to see a future that doesn't require a 25-year lead time to achieve success."
