Dan Calista, Founder & CEO of Vynamic, a healthcare consultancy based in Philadelphia, says he and his entire team are excited about the possibilities of the future of healthcare. It's tough to argue, for sure. Calista says he never believed the world needed another management consulting company. What the world did need, he believed, was a truly vibrant workplace that can make a positive difference. "The leading consulting industry publication recognizing Vynamic as a Best Small Firm to Work For signifies that we deliver on what we believe in," he says. "We believe there is a better way."
In 2011, Vynamic was named one of Consulting's Seven Small Jewels and then made its debut as a Best Small Firm to Work For at No. 4. This year, Vynamic moved up a spot to No. 3. And only time will tell what happens next year, but Calista says his top priority over the next 12 months "is to grow for our people, not at the expense of our people." This means continuing to expand its healthcare industry training and support for its consultants.
