The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has opened two new offices—in Tel Aviv and Perth—enlarging its global footprint to 71 offices in 41 countries.

In addition, the firm also announced plans to open a new office in Rio de Janeiro later this year.

The announcements comes on the heels of a strong 2010 for BCG, where revenues grew 12 percent to more than $3 billion and worldwide consulting staff grew 8 percent, to 4,800, the firm said.

Tel Aviv is BCG's first office in Israel and its third office in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). Perth will be the firm's fourth office in Australia (Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne). Rio de Janeiro will be BCG's second office in Brazil (Sao Paulo).
