Mike Roberts has been named executive managing director of Buck Consultants and will take the consultancy's top leadership position effective immediately.
For the past three years, Roberts has been managing director of Buck's second largest global practice in United Kingdom. He joined Buck in 2000 as principal and
senior consulting actuary. Roberts will report to Ann Vezina, executive vice president and group president of ACS Human Resource Services.
At Buck, Roberts has focuses primarily on business growth, client satisfaction, and the continuous development of thought leadership. He joined the firm as a Principal and Senior Consulting Actuary in London in 2000 and was promoted to Managing Director of Buck's U.K. business in 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits with large consulting firms, including Mercer and HSBC, and has helped C-suite executives at leading companies around the world deal successfully with a wide range of human resource and benefit-related issues.
Roberts will relocate to New York City.
