After more than a month of speculation about a possible merger between Booz & Company and A.T. Kearney, the firms say they are ending talks and there is no deal.
The two firms will remain separate entities and released this joint statement on July 6: "A.T. Kearney and Booz & Company confirm that they have ended discussions about a possible merger of the two partnerships. While the two firms greatly respect each other's legacy and capabilities, they have determined that their future aspirations will be best realized as separate partnerships."
