Keane recently named the former head of Hewlett-Packard's services division, John McCain, as its new CEO.
McCain left HP in October, after serving as senior VP and general manager of HP Services. Expect changes. McCain told investors: "I'm pleased with the company's financial performance, but not thrilled."
