Paul Laudicina was re-elected managing officer and chairman of the board by A.T Kearney's 235 partners. His second term runs through Dec. 31, 2012.

Laudicina was first elected managing officer and chairman of the board in 2006 following the firm's management buyout from EDS. Under Laudicina's leadership, revenue has grown more than 20 percent to $910 million in 2008 and the firm's global presence has expanded to 52 offices in 36 countries. Last year, for the first time, the 83-year-old firm made Consulting magazine's Best Firms to Work For list, ranking eighth.

"I am honored my fellow partners have reaffirmed the journey we began together in 2006," Laudicina says. "In the last three years, we built a strong foundation under our newly independent firm by embracing our rich legacy, strengthening our brand in the market and forging a path for sustainable and profitable growth through exceptional work."

Laudicina joined A.T. Kearney in 1991 as managing director of the firm's Global Business Policy Council.
