Phil Parr has been named President and CEO of Hitachi Consulting. Parr succeeds Michael Travis, who was recently named chief operating officer of Hitachi ITSG Holding Corp., the parent company for Hitachi Consulting and Hitachi Data Systems. Parr is the former COO for U.S. Operations at Hitachi Consulting.
