BridgeStreet Worldwide will debut a new property in Dubai in 2010. BridgeStreet signed a 10-year agreement with The First Group to manage a 302-unit property in the city's Jumeirah Village. The First Group Tower will be BridgeStreet's sixth property in Dubai.
