McKinsey & Company's 400 directors elected Dominic Barton as its managing director. Barton, who is currently the leader of the firm's Asia region, will serve a three-year term beginning July 1. He succeeds Ian Davis, who is completing his second term, the maximum permitted under McKinsey guidelines. Barton joined McKinsey's Toronto office in 1986.
