CM: So, how are the consultancies responding to the opportunity your exchange offers?
Mirchandani: I've repeated this a number of times. I can't help but echo the words of one consultant who said, "I wish people like you didn't exist." The bottom line is that he saw us as coming between him and his clients.

CM: So, how do you remedy this type of thinking?
Mirchandani: My advice to any consultant is to always keep your largest clients close to you, but what about the clients you don't have?
