As a retained search consultant who works with human resources consulting firm clients in hiring senior-level talent, I have worked with several of those clients in creating "Employer of Choice" programs. With this in mind, I would wholeheartedly disagree with some of your choices in your recent article on the "10 Best Consulting Firms to Work For" (May, p. 16).
