According to a number a news organizations, including Barron's, Reuters and Washington Business Journal, BearingPoint CFO Eileen Kamerick has resigned after three weeks with the firm.

Kamerick's resignation was effective June 2. She started with the McLean, Va.-based firm May 13 after a tenure as CFO of Heidrick & Struggles International.

Eddie Munson, a member of the board of directors, will act as interim CFO. Whether Munson will officially assume the role full time was unclear, especially since, according to Barron's, previous CFO Judy Ethell, who remains an employee at BearingPoint until July 31, also agreed to consider the role on a contract basis.
