Mumbai, India based Tata Consultancy Services recently announced its earnings for fiscal year 2007, which closed March 31. The firm generated total revenues of $5.7 billion, which is up 33 percent. Net income was up 32 percent to $1.25 billion. The company gained 212 new clients during that timeframe.

The year-end report also offered some key human resource data. TCS currently has 111,407 employees and self-reports an attrition rate of 12.6 percent. According to TCS, the firm netted an additional 22, 116 employees during the last fiscal year. That number is certain to rise this year, as the firm has made 22,451 campus offers.
