recently announced two acquisitions: New York-based real estate consultancy The Schonbraun McCann Group (SMG) and London-based independent forensic accounting consultancy Forensic Accounting LLP. In all, 206 employees will be joining the Baltimore-based global business advisory firm: 170 from SMG and 36 from Forensic.
This will bring FTI's total consultancies acquired in 2008 to eight. SMG and Forensic join Brewer Consulting Ltd., Blueprint Partners, TSC Brasil, Thompson Market Services, Ltd., Rubino & McGeehin Consulting Group and Strategic Discovery, Inc.
