Atlanta-based Proudfoot Consulting has named a new president of its North America operations. Hugo Melgarejo, who had been in the role of executive vice president at the firm, developed his expertise through a series of analyst and process consultant assignments for an extensive client roster of global cross-industry companies, according to Proudfoot, which is part of Management Consulting Group.
Melgarejo joined Proudfoot in 2001 as a vice president and senior analyst.
In 2007, he was promoted to executive vice president in charge of business
review, and he will maintain that responsibility until he names a successor in that role.
