Buffum's experience at Tompkins includes his role as senior partner of the firm's technology dimension for seven years, and he has more than 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics solutions, system development and integration, and material handling systems implementation. Prior to joining Tompkins, Buffum was a manager for IBM Federal Systems Integration and a director for Lockheed Martin Distribution Technologies.
