Corliant is a certified channel partner with Cisco Systems, and as such, according to New York-based Accenture, has a large number of Cisco-certified employees with expertise vendor's network technologies. Corliant's assets will complement Accenture's existing network technology services, making it a larger player in the space.

Upon the acquisition's completion, Corliant will become part of Accenture Technology Consulting; Corliant's 150 employees are expected to transition to Accenture.
The deal is expected to close within 60 days. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
