(October 1, 2007) – Dayton, OH – Today marks a new beginning for Teradata Corporation, which begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange today, now that its spin-off from NCR Corporation is complete. Teradata will trade under the symbol "TDC."

Teradata was spun off from NCR Corporation, a global technology company based in Dayton, Ohio. The new company also is based there.
