CIBER, a pure-play international system integration consultancy based in Greenwood Village, Colo., yesterday announced it has acquired the SAP Practice of Headstrong Corporation, which operated as Metamor Enterprise Solutions LLC, based in Santa Barbara, Calif.
"CIBER has a leading business model in international ERP implementations; over twenty five percent of our revenue comes from ERP-related solutions. However, while we are a global leader in Europe in SAP integrations, our US SAP Practice needs to scale up to the greater demand we are experiencing," said Mac Slingerlend, CIBER's president and CEO.
