Margot Johnston is a Senior Associate in the Toronto office of Oliver Wyman where she has been a significant contributor to the firm's expanding capabilities and client base in the public health field. Among her recent assignments, she led the creation of a 10-year global demand forecast for both seasonal and pandemic influenza vaccines, by country, and an analysis of the impact of these diseases in the developing world. Outside of her Oliver Wyman casework, Margot has led strategy and operational engagements for non-profit organizations. While participating in Oliver Wyman's 10/11 Month Program, she volunteered for a Regional Tourist Board in Ghana, West Africa, where she worked with a local entrepreneur to develop a business plan for a proposed ecotourist resort.
Johnston earned an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Queen's University (Canada).
