Navigant Acquires U.K.-based Financial Services Consultancy

Navigant Consulting, a global consulting firm specializing in the fields of dispute, financial, regulatory and operational advisory services, has completed the acquisition of Troika Limited, a financial services consultancy based in London.

Troika provides consultancy services to the financial services industry covering operations performance improvement, product and distribution strategies, organization, people and change, IT effectiveness and transaction support. Last year, Troika, which employs 40 billable consultants, was named the UK Management Consultancy Association's best small management consultancy of the year. Navigant Consulting, which has offices throughout the world, has more than 2,500 billable consultants on staff and is headquartered in Chicago.
