The two have joined forces to create a global network of 37 career transition firms. "We are responding to our market, especially larger firms with global operations," said Ralph A. Dise, Jr., president and chairman of the board for the Cleveland-based Lincolnshire International. "We will still offer our clients the same individualized outplacement services, but we will now do it on a worldwide level."
The partnership will benefit Arbora as well. "We are excited about the next phase of growth and the opportunities that partnering with Lincolnshire International will bring us," said Rob Notman, Arbora Chair for the Americas, headquartered in Ottawa, Canada. "Our customers are now able to access the highest quality career management services throughout North America."
