Conklin will be responsible for execution of the sales, relationship management and delivery strategies in this newly created position. Based in Charlotte, NC, she will lead the design and execution of client delivery strategies which capitalize on Premier's data and knowledge assets in providing comprehensive healthcare consulting solutions.
Conklin will drive sales, marketing and relationship management strategies to meet aggressive growth targets and oversee the management, staff utilization and staff development for the four current lines of consulting solutions.

With a background in nursing, Conklin concentrated her efforts over the past 17 years in leading, developing and supporting visionary business and clinical practices within the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Premier, Conklin was Vice President, OMSolutions TMConsulting division and East Coast Operations at Owens & Minor. She also held various leadership roles at CareAlliance Healthcare Systems, BD Consulting and HCA Healthcare Corporation as well as administrative leadership roles within various medical centers.
