Deloitte & Touche LLP ("Deloitte & Touche") has acquired the assets of TI Consulting, a privately held business serving the intelligence community in the implementation of Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP solutions. The addition of TI's team of more than 25 professionals to the Deloitte organization's Federal practice will accelerate the strategic goal of extending its leadership in ERP implementations to the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
