The San Diego office will be headed by Carmen Medina, a Tunnell Principal with extensive knowledge in biologics and biotechnology gained through 20 years of government, industry, and academic experience. Prior to joining Tunnell in 2006, Medina was the President and Founder of Precision Consultants where she actively supported major initiatives by Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Defense, and FDA-regulated industries, which included the development and approval of an Anthrax vaccine and the commercialization of hundreds of pharmaceuticals and novel devices.
