Protiviti, a provider of internal audit and business and technology risk consulting services, has launched operations in India with the opening of offices in Mumbai and New Delhi.
The company will operate in India through its newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary Protiviti Consulting.
The company will initially run its operations with a core group of 12 employees in the two cities. Mritunjay Kapur will be at the helm of affairs.
The setting up of the India offices is part of Protiviti's worldwide expansion in the past 12 months, during which the company opened offices in Mexico, Brazil, Germany and the Netherlands.
